Your PASSPORT to the World

Invite author, photographer, journalist and conservationist, John D. Ivanko, to present a workshop at your library, conference, festival or school.

John will take travelers around the world to celebrate diversity and learn about what we share in common. A variety of customized workshop formats are designed for different age groups or topics. At times he is joined by his wife-author, Lisa Kivirist.

Workshop formats include:

• PASSPORT to the World: Being a Customs Agent has never been so much fun when participants take an experiential trip around the world in this 3-hour long journey of discovery.

• Photo Quest: Join in a dramatic photographic journey to the highest mountains (Himalayas) and lowest sea on Earth (Dead Sea, Israel) in a slide program and discussion.

• Xanadu: Paint a picture of your imaginary country, called Xanadu. Discover a world of your own making, where your dreams come alive on canvas.

• My Press Pass: Participants rediscover their own "backyard" by developing an angle and research a story about where they live; requires local assistance.
